WEConnect is an arena where we share our experiences and collaborate to find practical, cost-efficient, and realistic solutions that do not require excessive time and resources. Being sustainable secures:

The network is facilitated by WE’s Sustainability Advisors and includes drilling and wells, contracts, and software expertise.
ESG and sustainability requirements from different stakeholders are coming in a rapid pace and can therefore be a challenge for businesses with reduced number of resources. Examples are the Transparency Act, the EU classification system for publishing sustainable economic activities (EU taxonomy), and the ESG Due Diligence Directive. Well Expertise (WE) believe key to success is sharing and working together, also within ESG and sustainability. Cooperation is crucial for the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) - it is better to learn from each other during this rapid transition than to try to solve these challenges individually.
The participants in WEConnect are mainly Sustainability/QHSE Leaders and Managers from SMEs in the Oil & Gas industry, but any person responsible for ESG and sustainability within the SME is welcome to be part of the network.
